Founder & CEO
Oliver Martin is the co-founder and CEO of Inenergis, a pioneer in the integration of renewable energy generation programs into established energy procurement Eco-systems. He is a seasoned international entrepreneur with a focus on the Technology and Energy sectors, with over 25 years of business operations and Fortune 1000 board role experience covering compliance and oversight responsibilities. Oliver has built and successfully exited a number of technology companies focused on the supply chain, financial services, and renewable energy markets.
Mr. Martin holds a BA in Modern Languages and an MSc in Linguistics from Edinburgh University and an MBA from the London Business School.
Oliver loves the outdoors and spends his spare time paddle boarding and rowing in Marin County and when the weather permits, he snowboards and rides his Harley.
Chief Technology Officer
John heads the design and development teams for Inenergis. He brings 17+ years experience leading design and development teams across Asia and Europe for large organizations in the Logistics, Transport and Finance industries; including IBM, Air New Zealand and Fidelity Investments.
John also founded a startup company providing Enterprise Social Collaboration and ERP software for the transport industry.
He has a background education in Financial Management and holds a number of technology certifications.
When not on his motorbike, John enjoys travelling, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking and swimming.
Founder & President
Michael is co-founder and President of Inenergis, a pioneer in the integration of distributed, renewable and virtual energy programs into established energy economies. Prior to co-founding Inenergis, Michael spent 25 years in the utility and energy sectors. He held positions of SVP, Corporate Development at smart grid pioneer: GridPoint and VP, Global Alliances at eMeter (now a Siemens Company). Michael started his career with Pacific Gas and Electric Company
Michael has a Bachelors of Science in Political Science and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Econometrics from Santa Clara University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, helping to coach his sons’ basketball teams and discovering and listening to new musical artists that are (often) later heard on the radio
VP of Engineering
Antonio brings 10+ years of experience in Software development and 5 years developing solutions for facility companies in various European countries.
He has worked as a software architect for the European Commission where he helped build the world's biggest international emissions trading system.
Antonio has a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and one in Businesses Management. He is certified in a number of technologies (including Java and .Net) and best practices for IT management (including ITIL, CMMI) and has worked as a certified trainer in Java, ITIL and CRM Dynamics.
Antonio's fun accomplishment is winning the first coding battle held in Brussels.
Mike is responsible for operations at Inenergis. He brings over 30 years of customer facing experience in a wide range of software and service companies in the International Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance and Capital Goods industries, most recently with Cargotec and Zebra Technologies where he held a range of senior positions in their consulting and operational organizations. Mike also has entrepreneurial experience having been an owner of several consulting and software / technology companies.
Mike studied Business at the University of Portsmouth and enjoys walking, gardening and watching sport when not acting as a taxi driver for his three daughters.
SVP Customer Success
Jim joined Inenergis to ensure Customers get the most value from their investment in our solutions. He is responsible for overall execution of each engagement, including the management of key stakeholder relationships and the SLAs that measure our joint success.
Prior to Inenergis Jim managed the west coast office of a customer business solutions firm. Major engagements include the establishment of a Service Center for a Fortune 10 company managing key revenue recording systems 24 x 7.
Previously Jim founded a professional service firm with presence in the US and Europe, providing professional services at the intersection of technology and Business Process Management, organizing teams to provide high levels of operational execution, and optimizing the blend of people, process and technology to deliver cost effective solutions.
